Weekend of Fun & Laughter

Got back last night from a great weekend away with some of my scrap buddies, we rented a cottage in Featherston and did all our favourite things, scrapped, shopped, scrapped, laughed and laughed, scrapped, enjoyed some great cafes in Greytown and Martinborough, scrapped and scrapped some more!!!

I took my first Lime Tart kit with me and really enjoyed playing with all the great goodies that were in it....... a sneaky pic of one of my layouts below (lovely to play with pink for a change).

Check out Lime Tart in a few days to see all the great work from the DT. Once they are posted @ Lime Tart I will post a couple here.

New Lime Tart March Kit now out!!!!

The courier visited me earlier in the week with my first kit from Lime Tart and it is in a word "GORGEOUS". Head on over to the Lime Tart site (link on the right) and check out all the March kits that are now available....

I am playing with the Half Tart this month and all the goodies in it have sent me into creative overdrive......I will be putting glue to paper in the next few days. Will post a few sneaky pics in the next week or so, but you will have to head over to the Lime Tart gallery on 14th March to see what the other DT girls and I have come up with.

Celebrating Children's Day

Head on over to the Fiskars ambassadors blog (link on right) to see all the fabulous 6x6 pages that the Fiskars team have created in support of SCKC (images will be added throughout the day so keep checking the Fiskars blog).

These needy children will end their camp by adding photographs of camp experiences to these 6x6 pages and put together a mini album that they will take home with them. This will be a very special keepsake to remind them of their experiences at camp in the years to come.

A sample of the pages I created for this very special camp are below....these and the other pages I created are now on their way to Trina who has co-ordinated the NZ scrapbookers helping out with this project. Good on you Trina....a wonderful thing to do for some less fortunate children...I was very pleased to be able to do my small bit to help out.
